I have a PsyD in Applied Sports Psychology, certifications by the American Council on Exercise in Personal Training and Behavior Change, certification from Coachville, LLC as a life coach, course work in Personal Resilience and Mind/Body Wellness, and Coaching through Story from the Institute for Life Coaches Training. I am ACC credentialed with the International Coaching Federation. I have a master’s degree in education & library science, owned 2 personal training studios, and was the host of an internet radio show called “What’s Weighing You Down? I am the author of 2 inspirational books—Pain, Purpose, Passion: that was then, this is now and Mac ‘N Cheese: mini morsels for positive performance. I am also a co-author of Saved by Sport.
