3-Month Live Online Course
Mastering the Mindset for Behavioral Change
Master the mindset shifts that make behavioral change stick.
A guided, live-coaching experience for high-achievers who are tired of starting over — and ready to build habits that last.
Next cohort starts January 2027. Group coaching limited to 3–6 participants. Reserve at least two weeks in advance and receive a complimentary one-hour 1:1 exploratory session with Marilyn.

You do not need more willpower. You need a better system.
Most people fail at change not because they are lazy, but because they are fighting their own mindset. Old beliefs, invisible self-sabotage, and goals that drain instead of energize keep high-achievers stuck in a cycle of trying, stalling, and starting over.
This course is built around a different premise: when you align your identity, values, and environment with the behavior you want, change becomes sustainable — even under pressure.
The approach
Each module combines psychology, behavior design, and live coaching so you leave with tools you can actually use.
Mindset
Identify and rewire the beliefs that drive your behavior.
Behavior design
Build tiny, repeatable actions into your real life — not an ideal version of it.
Sustainable support
Use live online coaching, accountability, self-compassion, and maintenance planning to make change last.
What you'll learn
Five modules delivered over three months, each designed to move you from insight to action.
Module 01
Understanding the Mindset-Behavior Connection
See how belief, identity, and nervous-system readiness drive behavior — and why change that starts with checklists alone rarely holds.
Module 02
Identifying and Rewiring Limiting Beliefs
Name the stories that quietly run your choices — 'I always quit,' 'I do better under pressure' — and replace them with identity statements that support the change you want.
Module 03
Building Resilience Systems That Hold Under Stress
Develop capacity for setbacks instead of avoiding them, using cognitive reframing, self-compassion, and recovery practices grounded in clinical research.
Module 04
Designing Habits Around Your Real Life
Map the cue-routine-reward loop in your own life and build tiny, repeatable actions into the schedule you actually have — not an ideal version of it.
Module 05
Sustaining Change Long-Term
Synthesize your personal action plan, track progress without rigidity, celebrate milestones, and build a maintenance rhythm that keeps change alive after the program ends.
